How Gift Cards Are Delivered
- Digital Delivery Only: All gift cards purchased on GiftDeals are delivered digitally via email. There are no physical gift cards available.
- Individual Delivery Emails: You will receive a separate delivery email for each gift card that you purchase.
Understanding the Delivery Email
- Subject Line: The subject line of each delivery email will be: "GiftDeals Order Delivery (#99999)", where "#99999" is an example of the format of the order number. The actual order number will be used for your order.
- Sender: The sender email address is orders@giftdeals.com.
- First Sentence:
- If there is only one gift card in the order, the first sentence of the email will read: "Your order is ready!"
- If there are multiple gift cards in the order, the first sentence in each email will read "One item in your order is on the way" for each item until the last gift card is delivered, at which point the email will read "The last item in your order is on the way"
- Access Link: Each delivery email will contain a unique access link to view your gift card information. This link will look like:
view.giftdeals.com/gc/a1b2c(this is an example - your link will be different). You must click on this link to access your gift card details.
Delivery Confirmation
- Individual Emails: You will receive one delivery email for each gift card purchased.
Potential Delivery Delays
- Typical Processing Time: Orders typically process within 15 minutes.
- Potential Delay: Delivery may be delayed by up to 1 business day while GiftDeals reviews the order and verifies item availability. This potential delay is communicated in the order confirmation email in the first three sentences: "We are reviewing your order and verifying item availability. Orders typically process within 15 minutes, but could take up to one business day. We will send another message when your order is ready."
